Price Match Guarantee
Zen Promotional aim to provide you with the best promotional products at realistic prices. To achieve this we offer a price-match guarantee on all promotional products sold by Zen Promotional. If you find the exact same item advertised cheaper elsewhere Zen Promotional will attempt to match that price. If we can match the cheaper advertised price we will offer you a further $50.00 Ex GST off the cheaper advertived price. (This price match is subject to the following Conditions).
  1. Price-match only applies to products that have our price-match emblem on the product information page.

  2. The seller of the advertised items with the lesser value must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and/or a valid ACN, must me operating within Australia and be shipping from an Australian address.

  3. The seller of the lesser valued advertised items must not be the same individual / entity as the individual / entity  requesting the price-match guarantee.

  4. Additional $50.00 Ex GST discount only applies to orders that equal or exceed $550.00 inc GST in value. For orders below this value, Zen Promotional can only attempt to match the cheaper advertised price.

  5. The price-match guarantee is only valid if the lesser valued items are identical to the items advertised by Zen Promotional.

  6. In the case where setup charges, moulding fees, delivery fees or any other additional charges are not included in the advertised price of the lesser priced item, the cost of these additional charges shall be added to the price or the lesser priced item before Zen Promotional attempt to apply our price-match guarantee.

  7. The seller of the advertised items with the lesser value must be able to deliver the goods within the same or lesser time frame as Zen Promotional.

  8. Price-match guarantee is not valid for items found at auction or on auction websites such as EBAY, Getprice, etc.

  9. Price-match guarantee is not valid if the lesser price is from a supplier that is closing down, changing ownership, under liquidation or where the item is on "clearance".

  10. Zen Promotional reserves the right not to sell below our cost price. 

  11. Zen Promotional may request payment by a certain method for the items to be eligible for the price-match guarantee. 

  12. Zen Promotional may require delivery by a certain method for the item to be eligible for our price-match guarantee.

  13. All price-match guarantees must be approved by Zen Promotional before your order is placed with us.

  14. Where the seller of the advertised item has a Website, they must display their physical address, phone number and ABN on their Website.

  15. The seller of the advertised items with the lesser value must be selling the item as new, and not "used", "slightly-used", “damaged” or "refurbished".

  16. Price-match guarantee not valid where the lesser value goods are part of a package deal.

  17. Promotional offers may not apply to price-match guarantee purchases.

  18. Zen Promotional at it's discretion may at times be able to offer further discounting on top of our price-match guarantee in relation to the lesser advertised product price.

  19. Zen Promotional at our discretion reserves the right to refuse to price match any item advertised on our website for any reason that it sees fit. This includes items that have our price-match guarantee emblem on the product page.
