The problem was that we were too close to the conference date and weren't sure whether we can get the branded pens on time. Shipping & Returns

ZEN Promotional provide shipping of goods and accept the return of goods under the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Shipping & Handling

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Although all care is taken to securely pack your goods for transit, once your order is been passed on to a delivery service for delivery you agree that ZEN Promotional is no longer liable for any damage or loss that may arise during transit or delivery of any goods ordered unless you have opted to pay for transit insurance at the time of order.

Warranty & Returns

Products that you have purchased from ZEN Promotional that include a warranty will state the warranty period next to the item on your invoice.

If you find that goods you have received from ZEN Promotional are DOA (dead on arrival) defective due to manufacturing fault or fail in any way during the warranty period, fail to perform as advertised or are not the same as advertised, you have the right to return the goods with proof of purchase to us for replacement or a refund. Refunds do not include freight charges. Freight costs to return goods are the responsibility of the consumer. All freight costs to return replacement goods will be paid for by ZEN Promotional.

ZEN Promotional will not replace a faulty item under warranty if it is found that the item in question has either been damaged in transit, abused, misused, altered, tampered with or used in a way that it was not designed for or in the case where you have simply changed your mind.

Disputes

If you have a grievance regarding the shipping, handling or warranty of any products purchased from ZEN Promotional please state your complaint in writing and either send it to us via our contact form which you can find here contact us here or send it to the postal details at the bottom of this page.
