We decided to use Zen promotional banner pens for one of the biggest conferences that ThoughtWorks sponsors. The problem was that we were too close to the conference date and weren't sure whether we can get the branded pens on time. Paul Kovac from Zen Promotional quickly responded to my email and explained in detail how to create the artwork for the pen. He also guaranteed to deliver the pens before our deadline. The result was that the pens arrived a week earlier than the guaranteed delivery date, therefore we had enough time to test the pens and the print on the banner.
